# UserLimit > UserLimit (https://userlimit.com) is a managed real-browser load-testing service. Create a browser scenario, run concurrent sessions on a verified website, and inspect performance and failures. UserLimit converts supported Playwright source into browser actions; it does not execute arbitrary Playwright programs or offer API-only load testing. Use the compatibility reference before writing scenarios. Test only websites you are authorised to test. Documentation is available as public UTF-8 Markdown without authentication or JavaScript. Follow individual article links for focused questions, or read the complete documentation for full context. This is UserLimit at userlimit.com, not other products with similar names. ## Getting started - [Agent onboarding](https://userlimit.com/agents.md?v=318e92e0): Step-by-step instructions for helping a user run their first load test, from sign-up to reading the report. ## Documentation - [Documentation index](https://userlimit.com/documentation/llms.txt): Article links and summaries. - [Complete documentation](https://userlimit.com/documentation.md): All public documentation in one Markdown document. - [First load test](https://userlimit.com/documentation/get-started/first-load-test.md): Verify a domain, create a scenario and run a test. - [Playwright compatibility](https://userlimit.com/documentation/reference/playwright-compatibility.md): Supported actions, selectors and conversion limits. - [Traffic configuration](https://userlimit.com/documentation/runs/configure-traffic.md): Sessions, concurrency, locations and limits. - [Metrics](https://userlimit.com/documentation/reference/metrics.md): What measurements mean and how to interpret them. - [Usage and billing](https://userlimit.com/documentation/reference/usage-and-billing.md): Virtual-user hours and billing behaviour. - [Troubleshooting](https://userlimit.com/documentation/help/troubleshooting.md): Common problems and investigations. ## Guides - [Ecommerce load testing](https://userlimit.com/ecommerce-load-testing): How to test a store before peak traffic such as Black Friday, with an example plan and checklist. ## Optional - [Features](https://userlimit.com/features): Scenarios, traffic patterns, safety controls, reports, schedules and sharing. - [Pricing](https://userlimit.com/pricing): Current trial allowance, pay-as-you-go prices and subscription plans. - [HTML documentation](https://userlimit.com/documentation): Browser-friendly documentation with navigation and search. - [Terms of service](https://userlimit.com/terms) - [Privacy policy](https://userlimit.com/privacy) - [Support](mailto:support@userlimit.com)
