The whole product, on every plan.
Plans differ in hours and concurrent users. Nothing else is held back, pay-as-you-go included.
- Real browsers that open pages, click, type and select
- Load time, TTFB and LCP for every page and scenario step
- Failed steps and requests, with their HTTP status codes
- Runs on a schedule: daily, weekly or monthly
- Results by e-mail, in Slack or to a webhook
- An error threshold that stops a run when your site breaks
What's a virtual‑user hour?
The total time used by all sessions. 60 one-minute sessions use 1 VUh; so does one hour-long session.
Questions
- Which sites can I test?
- Only domains you own. You verify each one with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag on its homepage before a test can send it traffic.
- How big and how long can a test be?
- You choose the number of sessions and spread their starts over 10 seconds to 1 hour. Each session runs one scenario.
- What if my site starts failing?
- Each test has an error threshold. When more sessions fail than it allows, the run stops itself, and sessions already in progress can finish.
- What happens when my hours run out?
- Without a plan, a run stops when your hours do, and new runs wait until you buy more. On a plan, tests keep running and the extra hours are billed at your plan's hourly price at the end of the month.
- What are concurrent users?
- The sessions running at the same time, across all your tests. Your plan sets the limit; without one it's 200. A test can have more sessions in total when their starts are spread out. Need more? Request a higher limit from your account, on any plan, at the same price.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, any time. Your billing period restarts on the day you switch: hours used so far are billed at the old plan's rates, and what's left of its price is credited.
- Do unused plan hours carry over?
- No. Included hours reset every month on the day you subscribed. If your usage is irregular, pay-as-you-go may suit you better.
- Do I pay for a run that stopped early?
- You pay for the time each session actually used, so a run that stops early uses less.
